Posted November 24, 2020 by Shoshanah Marohn under Coloring Books, Poetry The long awaited sequel to the Birds in Beards Coloring Book, Birds in Beards 2: Dead Poets Edition embodies the same whimsical ideas of the first book, but this time, Marohn drew famous dead poets. This coloring book includes silly portraits of Walt Whitman, Henry David Thoreau, Emily Dickinson, Rumi, Gustaf Fröding, Christina Rossetti, Edgar Allan Poe, and many more. It’s a little bit different from the first Birds in Beards, mainly in that it is not just a coloring book, but also a poetry anthology. Beside each portrait of a poet is a sampling of the subject’s poetry. Poems in other languages are not translated, so it is a poly-lingual book, including poems in Norwegian, Swedish, and Portuguese.Share this:Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window) PREVIOUS POST Weird Beards to Color NEXT POST Birds in Beards Coloring Book: A Love Story Related Posts Link Tree for Shoshanah Marohn Krampus is Coming!
